[Love]² Bridal Fair set for August 23 at Main Street Square and Hotel Alex Johnson

RAPID CITY, SD – Event planners and future brides and grooms can find everything they need at the [Love]² Bridal Fair at Main Street Square and the Hotel Alex Johnson.

[Love]² Bridal Fair is set for Aug. 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is a partnership among Main Street Square, Black Hills Bride magazine and the Hotel Alex Johnson.

The fall bridal show features wedding and special occasion exhibitors, activities, music and entertainment. Bridal booths featuring venues, photographers, DJs, caterers, invitation design, bakers, fashion options and more will line Main Street Square and Sixth St. Fashion shows that include bridal fashion and honeymoon vacation wear will be held at Main Street Square and workshops and educational seminars will be at the Hotel Alex Johnson. The event will feature giveaways and Rapid City's Biggest Bachelorette Party at Hotel Alex Johnson. Grooms are also invited in on the fun. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be served at Paddy O'Neill's, also located in the Hotel Alex Johnson.

“Couples can use this event to explore local and regional vendors for all of their planning needs,” said Megan Whitman, executive director of Main Street Square. “Brides have the opportunity to check out the latest fashion and wedding trends.”

Brides and grooms are encouraged to pre-register at MainStreetSquareRC.com. Registration is free, but registered brides and grooms are asked to bring one toiletry item as a donation to WAVI. The first 175 registrants will receive a swag bag filled with wedding-inspired items.

The Bud Light Beverage Garden will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature one complimentary mimosa for all brides 21 years of age and older, with a valid ID.
