National touring group duels at the piano keys

DOWNTOWN RAPID CITY-The Dueling Pianos Roadshow returns to Main Street Square on Saturday, Sept. 7 to rock the keyboard and take live requests at a one-of-a-kind show.

The national touring group based in Denver, CO, will play rock, oldies, pop, top 40, rap, country, jazz and classical music, taking requests and urging the crowd to sing and dance. The interactive show will run from 7 to 9 p.m.

“This group is absolutely incredible,” said Main Street Square Executive Director Megan Karbowski. “They had the crowd singing and dancing last year, and recognized children as well as couples married for 50 years. This is a show not to be missed.”

Other concerts in September include the Autumn Nights series on Thursday nights, featuring Tonic Sol-fa on Sept. 5, Abbey Road on Sept. 12, Ten Foot Tall & 80 Proof on Sept. 19, and Dogs without Sweaters on Sept.26.
